Carl Cho is a real estate advisor who brings a calm, steady, and genuinely caring approach to helping people buy and sell homes in Chicago’s western suburbs.

Carl works with everyone from first-time buyers to luxury-home sellers to investors, and he’s known for breaking things down simply and offering practical, straightforward guidance. With everyone his goal is always the same: help clients make confident decisions that feel right for them.
He leads a small, relationship-focused team that values staying in close touch, explaining next steps clearly, and making sure clients never feel rushed or left in the dark. It’s one of the reasons so many clients come back to him—and send their friends and family his way.
Carl’s career started in private equity before taking him into nonprofit leadership roles across Europe and Asia. After returning to the U.S., he jumped back into real estate and quickly became a top producer in the Chicago area. Now at Fathom Realty, he continues to serve as a mentor and Team Leader.
He holds degrees from Boston College and Wheaton College, and has worked and traveled in more than 30 countries—allowing him to connect easily with others and guide them through the challenges of new experiences, like buying or selling a home.
Carl lives in Wheaton with his wife and two daughters. When he’s not working, you’ll find him traveling with his family or on a tennis court early in the morning.

As Transaction Coordinator for the Carl Cho Team, Logan is responsible for ensuring smooth sailing from contract to closing by providing detailed communication to all parties, and assuring that all team members and clients are always supported! Logan was born and raised in Charleston, SC – leaving only to pursue her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Clemson University (Go Tigers!). She has proven her unparalleled organizational skills and work ethic throughout her years working in the real estate industry, as well as her uncanny positive attitude. Logan and her husband, Josh, currently live in Charleston with their yellow lab, Gilbert, and enjoy going out on the boat, spending time with friends and family, and enjoying all of the fantastic food that the city has to offer.
